We also need OTs experienced in physical disabililty to assess applicants for concessiaonry travel permits in South West London

My name is Patricia Brook, I am a qualified OT and at present I am working in Redbridge doing paediatrics. I live in Dagenham and would be interested in doing some extra work in that Borough, as I do not work on Mondays. I have a great deal of experience of working in social services (equipment and major/minor adaptations) and have worked in many London Boroughs, including Newham, Enfield, Hackney, Waltham Forest.
